Onboarding User Experience
1. Initial Launch:
- Upon downloading and launching the app, testers will be greeted with a screen featuring an inspiring quote
- Beneath the quote, there's a ‘Get Started’ button. Tap on this button to proceed.
2. Welcome Page:
- The subsequent screen displays a welcoming message and subheading instructing the user to create an account or sign in.
- There are two prominent buttons for user selection:
- ‘I’m a Client’
- ‘I’m a Clinician’
3. User Selection:
- Depending on the chosen user type, testers will be directed to a login/signup page tailored to either a Client or a Clinician

Account Creation/Sign-in:
- For Account Creation:
- Fill out your email.
- Choose a password.
- Read and accept the terms and conditions along with the privacy policy.
- Optionally, sign up for the Therasize mailing list to receive app updates.
- Important: A warning will be displayed notifying testers that the app is in beta. This means there might be ongoing changes, and there's a possibility of data loss during this period.
- For Sign-in:
- Enter your email and password associated with your Therasize account.
Onboarding Tutorial:
- After account creation or sign-in, testers will be introduced to three onboarding screens. These screens provide a brief overview of the app's functions tailored to the user type they've chosen.
- Swipe through the screens to learn about the app's features.
- Conclude the onboarding by tapping the ‘Get started’ button.
Client User Experience:
Main Menu:
- Upon login, clients are directed to the main menu.
- The menu showcases two main sections:
- My Dashboard: Clients can tap the ‘My Dashboard’ button to view information about their daily check-ins
- Diary: a diary based on the 5 aspects thought record.
- Guided audio & podcasts: A place to listen to a selection of guided audio experiences.
- Psychoeducation: Educational materials on various mental health topics
- Daily Check in Bubble: At the bottom right of the view, a floating button will take you to the ‘Daily Check-In’ feature.
- A tappable banner is prominently displayed, tapping this will bring you to the therapist connection screen.
- Message: “Therasize works best when you connect with your therapist” - This banner will disappear when connected to a therapist.

Note: By default, no disorder-specific worksheets are activated. These are assigned and enabled by a clinician when connected to a clinician user

Account & Settings:
- A profile icon (top-right corner) takes users to their account page, displaying:
- Account type and associated email address.
- Options to:
- Clinician Connection: Connect with a clinician by inputting their email.
- Settings: Manage account, access Therasize contact info, and visit the website.
- Manage Account: Backup data (Obsolete), change password, or delete the account.
5. Clinician Connection:
- Clients can either:
- Use the main menu's "Connect" button in the banner to access the Clinician Connection menu.
- Navigate from the main settings menu to the Clinician Connection menu.
- If the clinician isn’t registered on Therasize:
- Users receive a prompt, inquiring if they wish to send an invitation to the clinician.
- Choosing "Yes" opens a pre-populated email invitation.
- Users can also accepted or delete pending clinician requests.
